I'm a sociologist, researcher, and coach who studies how institutions work and who they work for. With a PhD from CUNY, deep expertise in mixed-methods research, and years of applied work in product research, organizational strategy, and equity, I bring a rare combination of academic rigor and real-world impact. I've spent my career asking the questions that matter: How do organizations actually operate? How do people really do their work? And what would it look like to build something better — for everyone?

I'm also a committed mentor and coach who has guided researchers, practitioners, and career-changers through the unspoken rules of professional life that too few people get to learn. Because knowing how systems work is only powerful if you can help others navigate them too.
