The job market is a game (and honestly, sometimes a straight up scam), not a reflection of your worth. The prestige, the FAANG obsession, the perfectly optimized LinkedIn profile… it's all noise. Once you see it clearly for what it is, you can stop taking it personally and start playing it strategically.

That's where I come in. I can help you learn the game, play it, and win it — reading between the lines of job postings to understand what they're really looking for, positioning your resume and portfolio to speak directly to that need, and figuring out how to talk about your work in a way that both feels authentic and actually lands.

Who This Is For

Maybe you're transitioning out of academia and can't figure out how to make your experience legible to industry hiring managers. Maybe you're mid-career and ready for something new but don't know how to position yourself for it. Maybe you just want someone in your corner who will tell you the truth, help you think it through, and push you toward the move that actually makes sense for you.

How I work

One-off intensive sessions — for when you have a specific challenge and need focused, actionable support fast.

Ongoing coaching engagements — for when you're in the middle of a bigger transition and want a thinking partner over time. We meet 1–2 times a month for 6–12 months, working through whatever comes up — job searching, navigating a new role, building your professional narrative, making sense of a difficult workplace dynamic. These are tailored entirely to you.

For longer-term engagements, I offer a free 15–20 minute intro call first. The relationship matters, and I want to make sure we're a good fit before either of us commits.

90 minutes to cut through the noise on your most pressing career challenge. We might work on translating your research background into industry language, preparing for a pivot, sharpening your professional narrative, or getting your resume and portfolio ready for a specific opportunity

Resume / Portfolio Review

A focused 30–45 minute session on your resume, portfolio, or case study. We'll work through what's landing, what isn't, and how to tell a sharper story about your work.

I offer sliding scale pricing for both sessions. If cost is a barrier, just reach out! I'd rather work with you than not.
